So last week I told you all that I am jumping on the “Project Life” bandwagon and how excited I was to start. Well, in order to start I’ve done a little ground work for some great tips and freebie printables to add to my pages.

I stumbled upon this blog that has some fun tips for using Instagram photo in projects and wanted to share them with you! Check out “Deb Duty Photography” blog for some fun tips!

This week, I’m issuing everyone a challenge, I want to see the gallery at Piece of Scrap HOPPING!!  I want to see some new LOs, cards, altered items, whatever.  I’m challenging EVERYONE to post at least one new thing to the gallery this week.  Let’s see what ya got!!

Hello all. Sorry about that hiatus I just took…life with my boys just got super busy and I have not really gotten a chance to hang out on the computer much. But I’m back and super excited for my scrapbooking life that is about to take off again!!! How’s that you ask? I have just purchased my first ever “Project Life” kit and am so incredibly excited to start recording our every day life  in scrapbook form!

What’s “Project Life” you ask? Well, it is a “…back-to-basics approach to memory-keeping. This simple format requires no skill – only your pictures and a pen. No one’s life is perfect but everyone has a story and every family has a collection of memories. I’ve been thinking of adopting this style of scrapbooking for quite some time now and finally bit the bullet!

I am determined to clean my scrapbook room in the next week and have a fun little weekend away with a bunch of mommy friends coming up at the end of the month, so hopefully I’ll actually have some scrapbook related posts coming up soon!
